baby ducks we are ready

Ok...baby ducks we are ready.....have just finished building duck pen...and the hens are doing wonderful.....

एग्ग Contest

Thought this was updating....but here we go....egg contest....how many eggs will i have on march 1st....

count is 3..4..3..3 so far....keep up with me if you can......

Yeah....two eggs

They survived their first night.....got up this morning and let them out of nesting space ...will have to take some pics.....so you understand.....

they walked around and were making a lot of noise.....then finally one of them went back into the "coop" and laid an egg!!   Then another one did.....the third one went in but was late for work...so will see when i get home if i have another one or two eggs waiting for me.....

Chickens

Getting 4 hens a laying tonight......should be interesting....fenced in the whole yard....and keep in touch...baby ducks coming next

Happy New Year

It has been awhile.....we are now eating duck eggs....and they are great! Just had them once but dan decided it was better than the results from the last batch....

Now trying twitter,,facebook,,linkedin to try to get some real estate clients....so we will see also how that goes.....
